"Two split paths"

"I heard that Tab and Gerard made it..." the vampiress whispered softly.
"They did. They are in Rooden already." the vampire told her
"How do you know?" the vampiress asked again as she moved her silky, straight, black hair to the side.
"Gerard contacted me some hours ago. He said he found a scavenger, a strong one." her nephew answered. He had a bronze tone of skin, hair just like his aunt's and black, big eyes. She smiled and told him,
"Run along and tell him that I'll look for the vampire's descendant. You have been a lot of help for me today." he bowed and left.

The werepup grabbed a pebble and threw it hard. It landed right in Gerard's face.
"I'll-" he began furiously, grabbing a bigger rock.
"Wait." I muttered, grabbing his forearm. After waiting for a reaction, I saw another figure behind him. It was a werewoman, small for her age. She had long, blonde hair and blond , pointy dog ears and a pointy nose. Her sharp, light blue eyes scaned everywhere, and then she turned to the kid and said,
"C'mon Hank. There's nobody. I'll give you a glass of water and an aspirin."

Once they were inside, Gerard said,
"Samuel contacted me. He says that Marcia knows now about the scavengers."
"Great." I hissed, "Where must we go?"
"To Dellenville."
"What? Why?"
"The descendant is there, remember?"
"Who will go?"
"You."
"Why?"
"You're great convincing, Taboo." Gerard said while smiling in a creepy way, "I'll meet Marcia in the Norringoth Path. We'll have to split."
I nodded.
"So, good-bye." Gerard whispered, extending his hand. I extended mine also and shaked our hands.
"Good-bye. Wish me luck." I said
"Good luck."
"You too."
"Take care."
"You too, bro!" then, I rose from the bush and ran off to Dellenville.
